Human Designs
Human Designs is an independent, research-informed mental health publication exploring the psychological, relational and social dimensions of human experience. It brings together research, professional practice and critical reflection to examine how people are shaped by their relationships, identities, environments and wider systems.
My aim as an author is to keep broadening the perspective of Human Designs towards a more ecological understanding of human experience. I am also aware that no single perspective can fully capture the cultural, social, economic and historical complexity of the world, and that some contexts and experiences will inevitably remain outside my own frame of reference.
