My name is Emilia and I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, writer, researcher, and wellbeing consultant. I work bilingually in English and Romanian, supporting individuals, organisations and communities across both languages.
My approach is grounded in the recognition that people, relationships or organisations are inherently interconnected and influenced by the context in which they exist. My work centres on restoring what has been fragmented and building a coherent foundation where it has yet to develop. Understanding how the parts relate to the whole creates the necessary conditions for integration and sustained change.
My practice is supported by professional training, continuous learning and development, and ongoing research. I believe that knowledge is most valuable when it is accessible, applicable and relevant to everyday life.
As an HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist (AS019588) and member of BAAT, my academic and professional background also includes BSc in Applied Psychology, MSc in Forensic Psychology and Victimology, MSc in Business Psychology and Management, MSc in Art Psychotherapy, certifications in Psychological Profiling and Behavioural Analysis, COSCA Counselling and Psychotherapy Skills, and a variety of CPDs in mental health.
My experience includes psychotherapy, trauma-informed mental health interventions, educational and community settings, organisational wellbeing consulting, and the design and delivery of workshops and trainings.
Research continues to inform my practice, supporting ongoing learning and developing new ways of working with people, communities and organisations.
Each enquiry is considered individually. Fees reflect the nature, scope, and length of the work, and are discussed following an initial complimentary consultation. This consultation is an opportunity to understand your needs, clarify the support required, and agree on the most appropriate way of working together.
Sessions and consultations can be offered online or remotely where appropriate. I understand that work, study, caring responsibilities, and organisational schedules can make timing important, so flexible arrangements can be considered where possible.
